In every pinball machine, there are two different sets of KEYS:
- 1 KEY is needed to open the COIN DOOR
- 1 KEY is needed to open the BACKBOX
The COIN DOOR KEYS are located inside the goodie box and are needed to open the COIN DOOR.
The BACKBOX KEYS are attached to a hook on the coin mechanisms inside the COIN DOOR. See picture below:
The BACKBOX KEYS are needed to unlock the Backbox Translite lock, which allows you to remove the translite and access the electronics in the backbox.
