Handcrafted Quality
Pedretti / EPC pinball machines are handcrafted, making each unit unique. While our manufacturing process is meticulously executed, slight variations between machines may occur due to component tolerances and assembly processes. Each game undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our strict standards for both quality and playability. Over time, signs of wear may appear on your machine, which is considered normal.
Warranty Coverage
Pedretti / EPC ("Manufacturing Company") provides a limited warranty exclusively to the original purchaser, ensuring that the listed components are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the specified warranty period.
The following components are covered by a 1-year warranty:
Printed Circuit Boards
LCD Display
Power Supply
Wirings and cables
No other components of the seller’s product are covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
Parts damaged during shipping or due to improper handling
Issues resulting from incorrect installation or usage
Modifications or alterations to the machine
Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any anticipated profits, loss of profits, loss of use, incidental or consequential damages, or any other losses incurred by the customer in connection with the purchase of a Pedretti / EPC product.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty periods begin from the original shipping date from the seller to its authorized distributors.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
To activate the warranty, the machine must be registered within 15 days of purchase. Registration is completed by submitting a ticket through the Pedretti / EPC support system, including the machine’s serial number and specifying "Warranty Registration" in the message.

Replacement Parts
For replacement parts, please contact your distributor or submit a ticket via the Pedretti / EPC support system. If your request qualifies for warranty coverage, you will be assigned an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number.
Replacement Process:
You will be charged the MSRP of the replacement part, which will be shipped to you.
Once you receive the replacement, return the original faulty unit using the same box.
After we receive the faulty unit, we will process a refund for the initial payment.
Statutory Warranties
This Limited Warranty is separate from any statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state. It grants specific rights but does not override any statutory product warranty provisions you may be entitled to.
